Your Account Settings on Rocket Reply
— From the Navigation bar, click on the Accounts tab.Copy the Amazon Account Number which you will need to get your MWS Authentication Token.
— Once the Amazon Account Number is copied, click on the Amazon Sellers Developer Portal link.
Getting your MWS Authentication Token
— After navigating to the Amazon Sellers Developer Portal, Click on Sign Up for MWS on the right side of the screen

UK & European Marketplaces: Authenticate Your Seller Account
Japanese Marketplaces: Authenticate Your Seller Account
— Sign into your Amazon Seller Account
— Select the second option: I want to use an application to access my Amazon seller account with MWS.
* Enter Application Name: Rocket Reply
* Enter the Amazon Account Number Copied from Rocket Reply:
– US & Canadian Users – 8343-5081-6182
– UK & European Users – 5857-2734-0826
– Japanese Users – 2466-0773-9208
* Click Next
— On the following page, tick the box and then click Next
— You have now attained the MWS Auth Token. The following screenshot is what your final screen should look like:
IMPORTANT: Do not navigate away from this page as you need the information it contains specifically theMWS Auth Token & Seller ID.
Completing the Rocket Reply to Amazon Connection
— Return to the Rocket Reply Account tab. Click the blue + Add Account button. Then click on the (0) Not Saved tab that will appear below
— Fill in the following information
a. Account Label – Your Business Name as you want it to appear in the Auto Responder
b. First & Last Name – Your Name as you want it to appear in the Auto Responder
c. Amazon MWS Auth Token
d. Amazon Seller ID
e. Market Place / Country
f. Logo – Which will appear in the Auto Responder
— Click the blue Save Account button and you’re done!
I have linked my Seller account with Rocket Reply. Why don’t I see any data in my dashboard?
In the event you are not seeing user data, you have to do an additional step to to provide Rocket Reply with permission for access. Here’s how:
— Sign into your Amazon Seller Account
— Click on Settings in the top left hand corner, then click on User Permissions.
— Scroll down to the Amazon MWS Developer Permissions section and the Current Authorizations table. Click on Confirm Access to allow Rocket Reply access to your Seller Account.
— In the popup, click on Confirm Access again.
— That’s it! You should now be all set up, and ready to use Rocket Reply.
